pizza topper/cashier

all topp'd team members get trained how to make pizza! pizza toppers are friendly, quick, efficient, and able to handle basic cash register functions. prior food service experience or cash handling experience necessary. must be 21+ and able to serve alcohol. starting pay from $9+ hourly plus tip share based on experience level and ability.

dough prep/prep cook

dough prep staff members work a lot with their hands, that's where all the magic and the flavor happen at topp'd! must have prior kitchen experience and be able to lift at least 50 lbs by yourself. flexible schedule/daytime hours, some customer service and interaction skills necessary. starting pay from $9-10 hourly plus tip share depending on experience and ability.

shift leaders/assistant managers

management at topp'd is a hands-on job. shift leaders fill a position on the customer service line throughout the shift and assist with daily leadership in achieving high quality standards, following cleaning checklists, food prep and nightly cash handling. topp'd leaders are results-driven and stubborn with the standards so we can provide the best possible customer experience every single time.
